ArchivesMore unusual betting has led to a betting site stopping wagers on The Amazing Race 8. Last season, Uchenna and Joyce’s win was prematurely revealed after Sportsbook.com received an unusual number of bets on them.
According to Reality TV World, “Sportsbook.com announced Friday that a similar pattern of suspicious activity has forced it to halt wagering on The Amazing Race Family Edition, the eighth edition of the CBS reality show.”
Since I’d like to try to watch one season of a show without the outcome spoiled by greedy idiots and greedier betting sites which rack up free publicity by revealing the winners, I stopped reading at the spoiler warning and thus have no idea which team received an abnormal number of bets.
