ArchivesDespite past cast member Hera’s prediction that The Amazing Race 8 would be “canned,” the family edition of the show will apparently make it to the air. At least, that’s the plan. CBS gave it a premiere date today: Tuesday, Sept. 27. That’s when the two-hour first episode will air.
A press release says little else about the show, except to ensure us that it will be a family edition with teams of four. Here’s the text in its entirety:
