Following Survivor’s lead, The Amazing Race is auctioning off some of its props for charity. Until May 20, items will be auctioned off on eBay, with proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Up for bid are props such as a clam shell from The Amazing Race 5’s final leg. Additionally, “host Phil Keoghan has donated many of his own mementos from the show, including clothing worn by him during the series, signed ‘clue’ envelopes, ‘You’ve been Eliminated’ t-shirts, ‘The Amazing Race’ hats and more.” Be prepared to go a few days without food, though, if you really want some of these items; shipping on the clam shell alone is $950.
