If you’re interested in recreating The Amazing Race 6—without the wife-beating and culturally ignorant commentary—or are wondering where the contestants are staying during the pit stops, HotelChatter has the answers you need. Each week, the site reviews the hotel that the racers stayed in. And if it’s unclear on the show what hotel is being used, the site makes an educated guess about nearby hotels and review those. For example, since the pit stop in Ethopia was an overlook with no amenties in sight, HotelChatter’s post on the episode says that their “guess is Roha Hotel in Laliblia, which is furnished and decorated with artifacts inspired by the rock-hewn churches. Roha Hotel is the most up-market hotel in Lalibela, and by that we mean it will run you around $15-$20 a night.” The site’s guess for the hotel in Corsica was confirmed by this week’s episode, which showed the Hotel La Pietra’s sign.
