The Amazing Race 6 teams revealed.
TV Guide has revealed the teams for The Amazing Race 6 in its latest issue, which apparently went to press when CBS was still planning to air the show starting this weekend. Blog Wine & Cheese runs down the teams and their ages, while someone on the Reality TV World forums posted scans of the pages: page 1, page 2, page 3, and page 4. While, alas, Charla won’t make an encore appearance, the cast looks packed with the potential for drama. (Actually, it looks like producers raided the Fear Factor and Big Brother casting files.) In order of TV Guide’s photos of the teams, there’s a married couple, half of which was in Playboy and the other half of which died his hair blue for the race; pro-wrestlers; two people who refer to themselves as “the weird ex-dating couple”; “long-distance daters”; engaged models; a “Mormon mother-model-student” and “former striptease aerobics instructor”; more dating models; a special ed teacher and her CIA operative father; 26-year-old best friends; a couple in their late 60s who’ve been married for 23 years; and 32-year-old high school friends.
