In a story about network plans in the event of war with Iraq—“two to three days of continuous, commercial-free news coverage” are planned—The Hartford Courant reports that production on The Amazing Race 4 wrapped production last month. (The piece identifies the show incorrectly as TAR3.) CBS’ spokesperson said the show was sensitive to the current world climate (e.g., everyone hates our imperial asses). “The producers are very careful with the course. They don’t want to send contestants into any hotbed of anti-Americanism,” Chris Ender told the paper.
