Ponytailed highway construction worker Chris Daugherty beat ponytailed highway construction worker Twila Tanner by two votes, easily winning Survivor Vanuatu. The first to go was Eliza, who failed to win immunity and thus was the obvious target. Still, upon being voted out, she gave the most evil look ever to Chris, with whom she thought she was allied. Next up was the final immunity challenge, and of course frail and useless Scout was the first to drop out. After standing atop two logs while holding an arrow in a fully drawn bow for quite some time, Twila let go, and Chris won his fourth immunity challenge in a row. He decided to take volatile Twila to the final two with him, and it was a good decision: Everyone in the jury except Scout and Ami voted for him, even the women (Eliza, Julie) who tearily confronted Chris about his betrayals. So what did we learn from this season? Lying pays off.
