In an interview about the debut of Survivor Thailand Thursday, producer Mark Burnett says they are “changing the order of things.” Among the changes that he reveals: the order of immunity and reward challenges will sometimes be switched, and “[t]he castaways go long stretches without receiving any ‘tree mail,’” Gannett News Service reports. What about tribes? Will they be split by sex? A CBS spokesperson says, “I can’t talk about the names of the tribes, or whether there are two tribes.”
