Brian Heidik was a no-show in court on Tuesday at a hearing where his wife Charmaine Heidik faced charges for hitting him in the face, prompting prosecutors to say they might show up at the Survivor Thailand finale to find him. Without his testimony, prosecutors agreed to drop the charge against her, a misdemeanor, “if she completes [26] counseling sessions and does not commit any more violations,” according to the LA Daily News. If she stops going to counseling, she’ll be tried.
