Defending the twist that will be fully realized on tonight’s episode of Survivor Pearl Islands, and that “has rankled some die-hards,”
USA TODAY reports, Mark Burnett says that the show couldn’t have taken a hint from its inadequate bastard sibling, Big Brother. He’s “never, ever seen an episode of Big Brother. I have no idea what they do,” the Knoxville News-Sentinel reports. Burnett also said that this wasn’t the network’s idea: “CBS has no say in this. Why would they have any say in what I do in the game?”
