Survivor Palau premiere’s 23.66 million viewers improves on Vanuatu debut.
About 23.6 million viewers tuned in to the debut of Survivor Palau, an increase of about 3.5 million from the premiere of Survivor Vanuatu. Last season had the worst opening in the series’ history, so these numbers are a definite improvement. Compared to other seasons, it “was the most watched ‘Survivor’ premiere (excluding post-Super Bowl airings) since ‘Survivor: Africa’ in 2001,” Zap2it.com reports.
