Attending a post-Survivor Marquesas finale party at , Page Six reports that “Richard Hatch refused to pay for the two-drink minimum for himself and his boyfriend.” Worse, the gossip column reports that “Kel Gleason left a 25-cent tip on a $19.75 bill. When the offended waitress handed back Kel’s quarter, the cheapskate insisted she keep it.”
