(warning: mild spoiler) This week’s episode of Survivor Marquesas features an unidentified male contestant getting stung by a sea urchin. As first aid, a female contestant pees on his injured hand, but according to The New York Post, CBS isn’t quite sure how to show the scene. The paper also says that another male contestant was the first to arrive, but he was unable to perform that particular first aid action because of “stage-fright.”
