Roto tribe member Tammy Leitner invited friends in the media—she’s a crime reporter—to her home for a Survivor Marquesas premiere party, but as the Phoenix New Times reports, she had them sign “four-page confidentiality agreements that would prohibit those special friends from revealing anything about anyone or anything having to do with the party, the show, the contestants, et al., for the next three years.” The penalty for violating it? $50,000 and attorney’s fees.
