ArchivesAfter the season after this one, Jeff Probst may leave Survivor. And although Jeff says he’s unsure about what he’ll do, executive producer Mark Burnett thinks he’ll leave.
Burnett tells TV Guide, “I believe in my gut that he will move on [after the next edition].”
According to Mike Ausiello, Burnett “half-nodded when I asked him whether Jeff’s shoes would likely be filled by a former female Survivor contestant, so that rumor’s apparently true as well.”
Earlier, the New York Post suggested that Survivor Pearl Islands cast member Andrew Savage was under consideration and had auditioned for the part.
