Survivor Fiji’s Boo cited for battering a woman

For the third time in a week, a CBS reality star has been accused by police of battering a woman. This time, it’s fifth-place Survivor Fiji cast member Kenward “Boo” Bernis, who “has been cited in Louisiana after cops say he battered a woman inside a bar restroom over the weekend,” TMZ reports. He “is accused of walking into a ladies restroom at Bootleggers Bar in Lafayette, grabbing a woman by the upper arm and ‘forcibly move[ing] her.’”

Boo is a partner in both Survivor Boys, LLC, and Iota Boys, LLC, with Russell Hantz, according to the Louisiana Secretary of State, and Hantz was arrested for battering a woman in Lafayette late last week. Hantz also is an investor in Bootleggers, apparently with Boo.

Meanwhile, Big Brother 9’s Matty was arrested for battering his pregnant fiancee early last week.
