The good news about this is that now we can stop talking in hypotheticals and start praising or criticizing the show for what it actually is: a 13-week publicity tour for some wannabe actors.
Also, now Jeff Probst can stop embarrassing himself. Last week, he talked to reporters, and as Lisa de Moraes’ entertaining column explains, Probst said things like white people are “mutts” who “don’t have any ethnicity to hang on to,” while Asians “don’t necessarily get along. This is stuff maybe I should know.”
