Archivesradio show call may have revealed two Survivors who will be gone soon.
A caller to San Diego’s Star 100.7’s Jeff and Jer show may have revealed who among the remaining Survivor 2 cast members will definitely not survive. The caller and her friends were at a Las Vegas casino when they ran into (spoiler names are in white; highlight to read) Mitchell, Colby, and Nick. A partial transcript of the phone call to the show: “I think they slipped …but we asked them [Colby and Nick], ‘So where do you guys go when you get kicked off? And they pointed to Mitchell they’re like, ‘Well, he got to go to a resort, but we had to go to a ranch.’ And after they said that they kind of looked at each other like they might have slipped. We don’t know if they’re set up to say things like that, but it looks like they slipped.” The hosts decided that this is conclusive evidence that Colby and Nick get kicked off soon and spend time at the ranch with the jury, although, like the caller said, it could be a big red herring. Or the two could have gone to the ranch after the show was over regardless of the outcome. The show’s web site posted the photo of their meeting, which shows the three together, although Colby doesn’t quite look like himself—until you put a cleaner photo next to it, as Salon Table Talk participant Rob M. did.
