“Former liar” Jeff Probst’s love advice: “It’s much easier to just tell the truth”

The Man’s Guide To Love is a web site that features short video interview with men responding to this question: “If you had one piece of advice that you’d give
another man about love, what would it be?” The site’s 79th interview is with “Jeff, 48,” who happens to be Jeff Probst, host of Survivor.

After a decade of hosting a reality series that is frequently about deception, his advice is amusing, or ironic, or something: “Straight up truth.” Probst calls himself “a former liar” and says, “It’s much easier to just tell the truth. I’ve been pleasantly surprised in life at how openly honesty is embraced, and how much better it makes things. Lying is what takes the work.”
