judge refuses to throw out CBS/Burnett lawsuit against Stacey.
The lawsuit filed against Stacey for breach of confidentiality by CBS and Mark Burnett, a.k.a. Survivor Entertainment Group, won’t be dismissed. Also, as Inside.com reports, “Dirk Been’s deposition testimony is mired in a procedural quagmire.” Apparently, his testimony might not never have been sealed; now, Stacey is attempting to have it officially sealed, which Peter Lance and others will likely challenge.
