Rich charged with domestic assault.
While at the courthouse seeking a restraining order against a former partner, Richard Hatch turned himself in after learning there was a warrant for his arrest filed by the same person he was seeking a restraining order against. Richard pleaded not guilty and was released on personal recognizance—and his restraining order was granted. His lawyer said the man came over to Richard’s house and “initiated a confrontation and Richard prevented him from gaining access to the house.”
