Dirk testified in Stacey’s lawsuit yesterday, but what he said won’t be released because it “is currently subject to a confidentiality agreement,” according to Stacey’s lawyer. Also, Peter Lance has posted Stacey’s motion to strike, her declaration, and her support memo.
