ArchivesThe winner of FOX’s short-lived Dancing with the Stars clone Skating with Celebrities was arrested this weekend “for allegedly assaulting the ex-wife of her companion and former skating partner” from the show.
Kristy Swanson, who began a relationship with Lloyd Eisler during the show even though his wife was pregnant, told People, “I had to go the police station where I had an appointment at 9 p.m. to begin the process of being arrested.”
The magazine reports she “claims she was attacked by [Eisler’s ex-wife Marcia] O’Brien in front of Eisler and O’Brien’s children. The actress’s rep, Michael Sands, says Swanson plans to press charges against O’Brien, saying that police took photographs of her back and other parts of her upper extremities to document the injuries.” O’Brien responded to that accusation by telling People, “Why have I not been charged?”
People also notes that Kristy and Lloyd “welcomed a baby boy in February,” less than a year after Kristy won the show.
