Mark Cuban will appear on Shark Tank

Dallas Mavericks owner and former reality star Mark Cuban will join Shark Tank’s panel of sharks for three episodes in its second season. This makes infinitely more sense than the show’s addition of Jeff Foxworthy as a shark for three of the new season’s eight episodes. The Hollywood Reporter calls this “pitch-perfect casting.

Five years ago, Mark had his own The Apprentice-style show called The Benefactor, which led to the two rich men verbally slapping each other in the media. (Here’s my coverage of that short-lived show.)
