ArchivesVH1’s Rock of Love 2 concludes on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET, and Bret Michaels will choose between Daisy DeLaHoya, Ambre Lake, or pretending to like one temporarily while renegotiating his contract for a third season.
During the 1.5 hour finale, “Bret takes the final two girls south of the border to Cancun, Mexico to spend quality, romantic time with each one before making his final choice.” He “shows the girls ‘nothing but a good time’ taking them each on private 24-hour adventures — from exotic massages and romantic dinners to boating adventures and steamy nightcaps,” according to VH1.
Those adventures—plus the women’s general craziness—have helped this season of the show do well in the ratings; VH1 said recently that the show “has attracted 2.7 million total viewers per episode since the premiere.”
VH1 might be happy, but the owner of the home where this season was filmed is not, as he recently sued the producers and Bret Michaels. “Ray Sahranavard claims at least $380,000 worth of damage was done to his Encino, Calif., mansion,” E! News reports. “According to his complaint, upon returning to his home after two months of filming, Sahranavard found holes in the walls and ceilings, the doors had been removed, most of his grass and outdoor plants had died, and the interior of the home had been almost entirely repainted.”
Besides suing 51 Minds, which produces the show and was recently acquired by Endemol, Sahranavard “amended the complaint to include Michaels as a defendant, also accusing the 45-year-old musician of intentional destruction of property.”
