ArchivesJon “Jonny Fairplay” Dalton’s lawsuit against Danny Bonaduce and the Fox Reality Channel can’t proceed until Dalton provides more information to the court.
A judge says he has “20 days to amend his complaint to explain why the producers of Fox Reality Channel’s ‘Really Awards’ were negligent and involved in the alleged battery,” the AP reports. Superior Court Judge Michael C. Solner said, “I think more facts should be set forth.”
“The next hearing in the case is scheduled for May 12,” according to the AP.
