Howard Stern has filed a lawsuit against the producers of Are You Hot?, making his talk of a suit a reality. It alleges the ABC show, which begins its finals round Thursday, is a “blatant rip-off of The Evaluators,” a bit on his radio show. The suit, as published by The Smoking Gun, details other connections between the two shows (ABC’s show staff includes a former producer of Howard’s E! show and Jackie Martling, Howard’s former head writer) and asks for “tens of millions of dollars” and punitive damages.
