Liza and David sue VH1 for $23 mil.
VH1 stopped production on a reality TV show featuring Liza Minnelli and her “husband” David Gest, and now the couple is suing VH1 and parent company Viacom for $23 million citing defamation and breach of contract. The lawsuit, online courtesy The Smoking Gun, says “that VH1 breached their contract to do the show and that an anonymous Viacom employee defamed Gest in an interview,” according to The Washington Post.
