ArchivesQueer Eye book was produced in six weeks, and was written by the Fab Five.
The forthcoming Queer Eye book, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy: The Fab 5’s Guide to Looking Better, Cooking Better, Dressing Better, Behaving Better, and Living Better, was “put…together in six weeks,” most of which was probably spent writing the subtitle. Cindy Adams reports that the Fab Five “did the writing themselves,” offering advice on everything from nipples and linen shirts to shower liners, porn to dirty dishes. She summarizes and quotes from some of their tips, and also dissects the photo on the cover, which she says is “orange” (either she’s colorblind or Amazon’s cover scan is off). The book comes out (!) Feb. 10.
