Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’s production company and the Fab Five’s reps are looking to create a magazine. “Endeavor [talent agency] and Scout are fielding bids from magazine companies as we speak for a Martha Stewart Living-type lifestyle magazine,” a Scout spokesperson tells Page Six. In addition to thrilling home design magazine aficionados who are now too embarrassed to have Martha Stewart Living on their coffee tables, this news may make some conservatives happy, such as the ones who cite the show as an “attack” on America equivalent to terrorism: In “An Open Letter to All Conservatives,” Kevin Fobbs and Lisa Sarrach write, “Our nation is under attack at this very moment, and it’s not just from al Quaeda, but from the … people who are making ‘Queer Eye for the Straight Guy,’ mainstream.” Apparently, their new straw men are gay.
