The Queer Eye for the Straight Guy cast members “are in negotiations to substantially boost their current $3,000-per-episode salaries” and “they’re negotiating as a team, a la ‘Friends.’ This time, it will cost Bravo/NBC beaucoup bucks,” the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Also, ratings for the show dropped slightly on Tuesday, down 400,000 viewers. The Hollywood Reporter suggests that might be because of the lack of Boy Meets Boy as a lead-in for Queer Eye.
