At the end of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy episodes, the straight men clearly appear to be transformed, at least physically and environmentally. But does that stick? Newsday checks in with three of the straight guys: episode two’s Adam Zalta, episode three’s Tom Kaden, and episode six’s Vincent Taylor. The findings: Most have retained most of their makeovers, although Kaden seems to have slipped a bit. Zalta says the Fab Five “opened my eyes. They didn’t hold back. The show showed me how sloppy I was—and you don’t realize how bad you are until you see yourself on TV.”
