Lifetime confirms all-star Project Runway challenge, which has a $100,000 prize

Lifetime confirmed the all-star challenge that was planned before the network acquired Project Runway, but the big surprise is that it will give the winning returning designer $100,000—the same cash prize offered during its regular season.

Competing are Uli Herzner, Mychael Knight, Chris March, Korto Momolu, Sweet P, Santino Rice, Jeffrey Sebelia, and Daniel Vosovic, nearly the same rumored cast list, although the actual cast includes Uli instead of screechy whiner Kenley Collins.

The one-off, two-hour special airs at 8 p.m. ET Aug. 20, leading into season six’s debut, so there will be three hours of Project Runway that night.
