ArchivesAuditions for Project Runway 5 will begin in March so the next season can tape in June, mentor Tim Gunn says.
“We begin auditions next month. We always tape in June. So we have to get a great group of designers together if we’re going to start taping in June,” he told the AP.
The show has yet to be officially renewed, nor has casting information been announced (although casting for season four was announced in mid-March). However, considering that Project Runway 4 is averaging 3.607 million viewers, according to Bravo, it will undoubtedly be renewed—even though last week’s fourth-season reunion was as dry as burned toast in the desert.
