ArchivesAll five remaining Project Runway 4 finalists presented collections at New York Fashion Week this morning, although one or more may end up being decoy collections.
The guest judge for the final episode is Victoria Beckham, and she told the AP that there was a clear winner. “That one person really made me smile. Everything I saw, I would wear myself.” Heidi Klum, however, said “It’s going to be very, very hard for us to judge them today.” In the past, judging has taken place later in the day, hours after the morning runway show.
Photographs of all five collections are not (yet?) online at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week’s web site, but the blog Fabsugar has photos, as does the AP. And Jezebel live blogged the whole event, and reports that Heidi Klum said “Victoria called Bravo and asked to be a judge on the show.”
These five designers represent the biggest group from the show to present yet, as the four presented last season; having five present also makes sense since five designers remained after Wednesday’s episode, and whoever didn’t show up would have been prematurely revealed as the next person to be eliminated.
