The show will visit four cities over 11 days: L.A. (March 30 to April 1), Chicago (April 3), Miami (April 5), and New York City (April 7 to 9). Designers need “Three articles of clothing of your own design,” “A picture portfolio of your work,” and an application. Details about each audition and their locations will be posted on Bravo’s web site later.
A press release only says that contestants “will go on to compete for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to show their line during the world-renowned New York Fashion Week,” but doesn’t specify which Fashion Week. However, the rules say the show is open to anyone who will be 21 by June 1, which suggests that, once again, filming will take place in June for a summer debut and finale at fashion week in September. And yes, Tim Gunn says he’s on board.
