ArchivesProject Runway’s first villain, Wendy Pepper, says the experience of being on the show ultimately led to the breakup of her five-year marriage.
The show “was a transformative experience,” Wendy tells the New York Post. “You almost become a different person just by the sheer fact that you had to defend your right to stay at the table.” As a result, there “was a sufficient change in me [and] it was difficult for my husband to sort of come along for that step,” she told the paper.
The Post says Wendy will appear on Project Jay, the special Bravo will air Feb. 22 following winner Jay McCarroll’s post-show life.
