Project Runway is making the leap overseas, and two supermodels are battling it out to be able to say “auf wiedersehen” to departing designers.
Elle MacPherson and Liz Hurley both want the job. According to a source quoted by the Daily Mail, “the programme makers were set on hiring Elle. But Liz wants to get the programme badly and she has been bombarding the producers with phone calls to sell herself.” Hurley “sent an unbelievably professional video presentation of her work, and has boasted that she can use her celebrity fashion contacts like Donatella Versace to add flavour to the show.” No word yet as to who will be in oh out.
