The Cut moves again, Princes of Malibu moves to Fox Reality, which will air international shows

CBS is rescheduling The Cut yet again. The show didn’t do well on Thursdays, so it got moved to Wednesdays; now, it’s packing up its scary host Tommy Hilfiger and moving again. It moves to Fridays at 9 p.m. ET, when tons of people are sitting around their houses, wanting to watch a bad Apprentice clone.

Meanwhile, Fox’s series The Princes of Malibu, which was cancelled after just two episodes, is moving to the new Fox Reality channel. The four remaining episodes will air starting Sunday at 8:30 p.m. ET.

Fox Reality also announced yesterday that the network will soon air a number of international reality TV shows. Among them: the UK’s version of Joe Millionaire, the UK and Australian versions of Temptation Island, Australia’s version of Playing it Straight, and the UK’s Million Pound Hoax.

Other international shows, from the Fox Reality press release, include:

  • Australia’s Treasure Island; New Zealand’s Treasure Island; and Treasure Island Extreme (Touchdown Productions) that pits contestants on an uninhabited island in search of buried treasure
  • The Villa (Target Entertainment), a U.K. series in which participants living together seek out among their housemates a future romantic interest
  • Renovation Rescue, (Southern Star International), an Australian series where the host surprises a family by transforming their home and life in just two days. This series was based on the same format eventually used to create U.S. hit Extreme Makeover.
