ArchivesTBS’ Outback Jack debuts tonight.
TBS gets into the reality game tonight at 9 p.m. ET with Outback Jack, in which “twelve high-maintenance women vie for the affections of a rugged Australian adventurer.” And the women will compete solely for the 28-year-old Australian’s affections, as there’s no prize. Thinking they were supposed to spend time in a mansion, the women find themselves parachuting into the Australian Outback instead. Executive producer Bruce Nash tells The New York Daily News, “The show is sort of a romantic comedy in an adventure setting. It’s not ‘The Simple Life.’ It’s not ‘The Bachelor.’ It’s not ‘Survivor.’ But it has the elements of all of them.” The series will run for eight episodes.
