ArchivesAdrianna Costa, the terribly awful host of On the Lot, is apparently not just a bad host, but also somewhat delusional.
Despite the poor ratings, she says that the show has a solid future. “With names like Spielberg and Mark Burnett on it, you can’t go wrong,” she told Entertainment Weekly.
Even more bizarrely, she said that the show has “a concept you have to get used to.” Um, no it doesn’t: Every other talent competition in the known universe follows the exact same format. Does she not realize that her lines are stolen directly from Ryan Seacrest?
Perhaps tellingly, Entertainment Weekly asked the network and producers about dropping six contestants without explanation, and “Fox calls it a ”creative decision”; Spielberg and Burnett declined to comment.” Declined to comment on their own show?
