Nick and Jessica’s Newlyweds house available for $3.75 million

The house featured prominently in Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica is for sale now that Nick and Jessica are getting divorced.

“The five-bedroom, 6,500 square-foot Mediterranean-style house, which includes an infinity pool, a screening room and a music studio, is being listed by Kay Cole of Sotheby’s International for $3.75 million,” according to People magazine, which cites “a source close to [Nick] Lachey.”

Nick is (or was) living in the house post-breakup, while Jessica “has since moved into a new $3 million Beverly Hills home, which she purchased last month,” according to People.
