ABC’s Nick & Jessica Variety Hour will give Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson to show off their talents beyond just being themselves. The April 11 ABC show “will feature three Simpson performances, along with Nick Lachey and Kenneth ‘Babyface’ Edmonds tag-teaming on the Stevie Wonder favorite ‘For Once in My Life,’” MTV reports. Johnny Bench, Mr. T, and others will appear in sketches and segments, and Jessica and Nick will visit with Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy. Once again, Jessica’s pimp/producer/father is behind the show.
+ also: Jessica likes her new cover song “Take My Breath Away” because “the first time Nick hugged me … it literally took the breath out of me.”
