ArchivesWhen Nashville Star moves to NBC for its sixth season this summer, it will again have a new host, and that person is Billy Ray Cyrus.
He announced that on The Tonight Show last night, and said some ambiguous and incomprehensible things about the new season. “This year it is all about the dream, about the music, about persistence and never giving up faith. Putting the music first. You know I’ve been to the fair and I’ve seen the bear and I am really excited,” he said, according to an NBC press release.
The show is currently casting, and will hold open calls in Los Angeles on March 8, Washington, DC, on March 14, Austin on March 18, Nashville on March 21.
