Nashville Star debut reairs tonight.
USA Network’s foray into talent search reality TV shows began Saturday (oops!) as Nashville Star debuted in its Saturday at 9 p.m. ET time slot. The first episode repeats tonight at 10 p.m. (and at other times, as do later episodes). At the end of nine episodes, during which the judges and viewers will eliminate most of the 12 finalists, the winner will be awarded a contract with Sony Music Nashville; his or her first CD will be produced by Clint Black. About 8,000 applied for the show, according to the AP.
