Big Fat Obnoxious Boss debuts Sunday.
FOX kicks off yet another reality series on Sunday evening, debuting My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss at 9 p.m. ET. Instead of the raw emotional manipulation of its predecssor, My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance, this series will apparently be more along the lines of Spike’s Joe Schmo Show, which parodied reality TV while duping a victim or two. On this new series, FOX says “twelve Ivy League hot shots will humiliate and embarrass themselves… Competing for a dream job that doesn’t exist.” The boss, Mr. Todd, is played by improv actor William August. For their first task, they’ll beg for money on the streets of Chicago.
