ArchivesMatt Roloff, star of TLC’s docudrama Little People, Big World, “was arrested last month on suspicion of driving while under the influence — his second drunken driving arrest in four years,” The Oregonian reports.
On June 19, he “was accused of driving under the influence after he failed a field sobriety test”; he “later refused a breath test.”
Through TLC, Matt said, “I have entered a plea of innocent. I respect the judicial process and in fairness to the court I will not comment further on this case until it is resolved.” The network said, “We understand that Matt Roloff has pleaded not guilty to the charges. We respect the judicial process and will not offer comment until court proceedings have run their course.”
The paper says that “[i]n 2003, Roloff was convicted of drunken driving in Multnomah County, court records show. The charge was dismissed a year later after he successfully completed an alcohol diversion program, records show.”
