ArchivesAfter being arrested multiple times this past year, Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler has—what else?—entered rehab.
A family member tells People magazine that he is “in rehab, and he’s getting help. He’s doing well, and he’s going to be a new man. There was a deal made [with prosecutors],” she said.
That deal means his 60-day “jail sentence has been suspended for now. But we’ll be informing the court of Wahler’s latest arrest in Seattle at his next progress report hearing on June 8,” L.A. City Attorney spokesperson Frank Mateljan told People.
Jason’s most recent arrest was in early April, and he used racial and homophobic slurs against the arresting officer. People says a conviction in Seattle would mean he “could be found in violation of probation in L.A., which could result in even more jail time.”
