ArchivesWith the hysteria over Kid Nation’s concept all but gone, it’s apparently now time to have some fun with the concept. Forty kids in one place saying the name “Michael” over and over again probably made it inevitable that someone would combine footage from CBS’ reality series with footage from Michael Jackson talking about his relationship with kids, and that’s exactly what’s happened.
A fake promo for the series created by someone named Dango uses footage from the show and from Jackson’s now-famous interview. The result is a terribly wrong but completely hysterical two minutes, and works to illustrate how much editing can effect reality TV even while it makes a horrible joke that just keeps getting better and better.
