Editors Guild unionizes Mark Burnett’s editors
Joining the ranks of union-represented shows are Mark Burnett’s productions, including The Apprentice and Rock Star: INXS. The 80 or so editors who work on those series, including the Martha Stewart spin-off of The Apprentice, are now members of the Motion Picture Editors Guild, which is part of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees.
Other editors that have already joined up include those working on Big Brother and Queer Eye, according to Variety.
